In 1922 the Asia Minor Disaster leads Paul Pavlidis to Athens. From an early age Pavlos Pavlidis took advantage of his love for pastry as well as his business ideas. For several years he made handmade pasteli, almond sweets and ice cream, selling them as a itinerant.
In 1946 he opens his first confectionery at 53 Vlachaki Street, where he made the best sweets and ice creams in Athens. Then in 1957 he opens his second confectionery at 59 Katehaki Street, with large production facilities for sweets.
The son of Pavlidis, growing up next to his father, continues his story, keeping all his recipes intact with the purest ingredients of the market. In 1984 Stelios Pavlidis expanded the company, creating a small chocolate factory.
Our company “Pavlidi Pavlina CHOCOLATERIE” is active until today in the domestic market for the production and distribution of confectionery.
