If chocolate is the substitute for love, then what substitute is there for chocolate? Without reservation, we say it’s Pavlina Pavlidi’s Chocolate Almonds. An exaggeration? No way! You realise it the moment that you surrender to the overwhelming temptation of this chocolate sin. The adventure begins with a velvet sensation, with the unique creamy touch of pure, natural, dark chocolate. It then continues with explosive overtones of crunchy, caramelised, roasted almonds of the highest quality, awakening all the senses and arousing strong emotions to delight the palate.


As for our chocolate recipe, this unique ‘marriage’ of chocolate, almonds and caramel, it is uncertain whether this is a result of the original creation by Pavlos Pavlidis or by someone else. For sure it was the one and only thing that Pavlidis managed to take with him as he left Asia Minor in 1922.
Given its lasting presence in the paradise of international chocolatiers for so many decades, the chocolate almond is now regarded as a tradition. A tradition handed down the generations, which is kept alive by Pavlos’ son, Stelios Pavlidis and his granddaughter Pavlina Pavlidi.
Chocolate Mandoles and all other handmade chocolates are manufactured in our state-of-the-art workshop according to the European Food and Beverage Quality Standards ISO: 22000.
